What is HPE Engage & Grow about?

An automated incentive program designed for the sales representatives of HPE Distributors and Resellers, awarding Bonus Points for the sale of eligible HPE products and solutions. These Bonus Points can be converted into real value via the HPE Engage & Grow Rewards Card or by selecting items from the rewards catalogue.

How to get started?

	HPE Engage & Grow is designed for HPE Partner Ready Resellers and Distributor’s sales representatives. The program motivates partners to drive sales, collaborate, and upskill by offering bonus points, exclusive rewards, and ongoing training. Registration is simple through the HPE Partner Ready Portal, with no joining fee and flexible participation for eligible partners. Engage & Grow empowers your business to achieve more with HPE!
	There are 2 ways to redeem Bonus Points (BPs), depending on the country and/or company that you registered in. (1 Bonus Point = 1 USD) HPE Rewards Card Choose either a single card for the Partner entity or individual cards for each Participant. Participation in the Rewards Card program requires HPE approval. Rewards Catalogue In countries where Rewards Card are not available, rewards can be redeemed from the program’s catalogue.
	Start selling eligible HPE compute and storage products to commercial customers through the Base Program, plus quarterly Automated & Special Incentives available to your region and partner tier. Check the Product List each quarter for the latest eligible products and maximize your rewards!
	Earn Bonus Points (BPs) by Selling HPE products and services through authorized HPE Distributors. Completing trainings and quizzes from HPE and HPE Alliance & Technology partner. Participating in special campaigns. Top sales representatives also have the exclusive opportunity to join the HPE E&G Top Achievers Club (coming soon), and win tickets for an overseas experience Do subscribe to our HPE E&G newsletter to stay updated to any special opportunities or news regarding the E&G program.
	At the end of each HPE fiscal quarter, the company admin will receive instructions on how to allocate the Bonus Points (BPs). (Validity ~ 1.5 months from allocation date) If rewards mode is HPE E&G Rewards Card The company admin is responsible for allocating BPs to each sales representative, who will transfer the received BPs to their HPE E&G Rewards Card. This BPs will be converted to cash value in the card. If rewards mode is Rewards Catalogue The sales representatives can redeem their BPs for rewards such as local digital gift cards or vouchers from a specially curated catalogue. In any scenario, if the deadline is passed, the earned BPs will be lost.
